Kid's Basic Kung Fu (ages 9 & up)
Kid's Basic Kung Fu is designed to, among many things, build imagination, build body and individual confidence, provide self-discipline, and finally teach partnership & cooperation in problem-solving. Finally, it teaches basic concepts and approaches to martial arts through self-defense.
Classes are on:
Wednesday, 1:30-2:30pm (OUTDOORS-IN PERSON)
Redwood Heights Recreational Park, Oakland, CA
Fridays, 2-3pm on Zoom
Shereel is a dedicated and active student of martial arts for over 10 years. She studied White Crane Silat Indonesian Kung Fu under Peter Ajemian of Soja Mind Body and served as a trainer in the youth martial arts program. Shereel continues her training at Shaolin Life at Deep Root Center for Spiritual Studies in Oakland with Master Sheldon Callahan.
